Greetings – from Jared Hilton

Hello everyone, my name is Jared Hilton. I’m a fifteen year old boy in love with God. Within my short life, I’ve learned several very valuable lessons! God has been so good to me! Hopefully you will find my writings encouraging and informative.

How did AYP come about? Really, it was mostly Bradley’s idea. He had sent me a text and told me he would like to make a multi-authored blog. What he did not know was that I and a friend from church, Josh, had wanted to make a youth newsletter. When Bradley asked me about about the blog, it hit me that this may be the answer to what Josh and I had wanted. We formed the blog, tittling it Apostolic Youth Press, with the intentions that it will be a regular “hot spot” for intrigued viewers.

I am extremely blessed by being born and raised in the Truth. I’ve never been outside of the church, and I don’t plan to be. God has placed a call to preach on my life, and I am so appreciative of the trust He has put in me, to carry his Gospel. I thank God for my parents, who’ve stood strong in the Faith. To me, my pastor is one of the wisest men in the world. He has an extreme anointing from God! I wish to learn as much as I can from him and my parents. I’m involved in a Bible school called LTC (Leadership Training Center).

I’m no scholar, by any means, but I do love the Word of God. And, maybe the things I dig up out of the Bible you’ve already seen, but there’s no harm in hearing it twice.
